These Terms are between you and vchan.tv. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization.

We provide online video browsing, uploading, commenting, favorites, and related community features. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

3. Accounts and Security

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to:

• You are solely responsible for content you upload and represent you have all necessary rights.
• You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and display your content for service operation.
• Our platform branding, software, and design are protected by applicable IP laws.

6. Adult Content Upload Compliance Declaration

• Before uploading, you must explicitly confirm and accept the upload compliance declaration shown on the upload page.
• You represent that all persons depicted are adults in jurisdictions where they appear, and that all depicted acts were voluntary and consensual.
• You must not upload prohibited content, including minors, non-consensual material, voyeur/secret recordings, coercive abuse, or any illegal content.
• You must maintain lawful records and release/consent evidence where required by applicable law, and provide them upon lawful request.

7. Enforcement

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or terminate accounts for violations, and may preserve evidence as required by law.
