Content Uploader Agreement

1. Agreement to additional terms

By applying for upload access, creating a channel, or uploading content, you agree to this Uploader Agreement, the Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Privacy Policy, and 2257 statement.

2. Representations and warranties

For each upload you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least eighteen (18) years old
• Every person depicted was at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of creation
• You own the content or have all licenses, releases, and consents needed to publish and authorize vchan to host and distribute it
• The content does not infringe any third-party rights and does not violate law
• Where required, you maintain 18 U.S.C. § 2257 records and will provide them to authorized parties upon lawful request
• You will accurately disclose AI-generated material when the Service asks you to do so

3. Prohibited uploads

You may not upload content that violates the Community Guidelines, including underage content, non-consensual intimate imagery, or infringing copies of others’ works.

4. Review and removal

Uploads may be held for review before publication. We may reject, remove, lock, or restrict content or channels at any time. Channel description changes may also require review.

5. License grant

You grant vchan the license described in the Terms of Service to operate hosting, transcoding, delivery, recommendation, and promotion features for your content.

6. Monetization

If revenue share, tips, or unlocks are offered, payment terms will be described in-product. We may withhold or reverse amounts associated with fraud, chargebacks, policy violations, or legal claims.

7. Indemnity

You will indemnify vchan against claims arising from your uploads, including copyright, privacy, publicity, and 2257-related claims.
