Community Guidelines

1. Adults only

Everyone on vchan must be an adult. Do not create accounts for minors, and do not upload or request any sexual content involving anyone under eighteen (18).

2. Consent and legality

Only upload content you have the right to publish. All performers must have consented to recording and distribution. Non-consensual intimate imagery, voyeurism without consent, and stolen private content are banned.

3. Respect intellectual property

Do not upload material you do not own or lack a license to distribute. Copyright owners may submit DMCA notices; repeat infringement leads to account termination.

4. Channel and upload standards

Use clear titles and accurate tags. Mark AI-generated material when applicable. Do not use misleading covers or impersonate other creators or studios.

Keep channel identities stable and intelligible. Spam uploads, mass duplicate posts, and engagement manipulation are not allowed.

5. Comments and interaction

Criticism is fine; harassment is not. Do not threaten, stalk, dox, or attack people based on protected characteristics. Moderators may remove comments and restrict accounts.

6. Safety and illegal activity

Do not use the Service to traffic people, distribute illegal substances, share malware, or solicit crimes. We cooperate with lawful investigations when required.

7. Enforcement

Violations may result in content removal, feature limits, shadow bans, or permanent suspension. Report concerns via in-product reporting tools where available, or email [email protected].
